Trust when you recognize the sense of familiarity, comfort and safety with the people and situations that come into your life.
Honour your children and your inner children. Take time to have fun and play. Take some time to ask your inner child, "How do you feel? and "How do you understand this situation" often. Be sure that some of your current truths have evolved with you. And, be sure to have some fun!
